I have been a doll collector for many years, I love to sew and create things out of fabric.

I have an interest in holistic nutrition and follow a Keto diet to lose weight and  keep my Rheumatoid Arthritis under control.  I enjoy online health conventions and follow many facebook groups regarding diet and health.

I presently make almost all my own products including laundry soap, hand soap and shampoo in order to keep chemicals off my skin and out of my diet.

I plan to add some new pages soon with recipes for natural products and some blogs regarding Ketogenic Living and Nutrition.

My husband and I purchased property last fall just east of our city and we will be moving our trailer there in the spring.  We plan to be off grid at our camp.  I have spent way to much time going through blogs and getting ideas for the spring.
